The welcome was very warm, staff anticipated needs and were so happy to help. The room was great - just what I needed with the bonus of a TV (I didn't expect that). Good shower and nice soft towels provided. The location was perfect for me - walking distance from where the airport bus drops off (by the town hall). 24 hour bakery and other eateries and mini-marketa available on the doorstep. Metro station just outside.

This place is is in an excellent location in Madrid. This is a small place I had a double room with my own bathroom which was clean and spacious. Even though it looked over the main street, some may find it noisy as it faces the main street (it could also depend on the location of your room), however, this did not bother me as I was there to experience Madrid and the local experience. If you are there for the hustle and bustle of the location this place is perfect. The hotel is on the first floor, 1 mins walk from Noviciado Station and 8 mins walk from Plaza Espana, 7- 8mins walk from Tribual and 15mins walk to Gran Via. If you are coming from the airport just jump on the metro system it is linked well. Yeni (pronounced Jeni) who manages the place is lovely, friendly and very helpful. There is plenty to do in the area, tourist spots, history, coffee shops, vintage / clothing and bars and restaurant. Great evening scene and friendly neighbourhood.

The location was excellent, the beds were comfortable and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms at the back are more quiet but the front one has a nice street outlook.

Cleanliness, location and excellent staff. Special mention goes to Adelina who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Hostal was well-located. Literally steps away from Noviciado metro station. Close enough to Sol and Plaza de España without being chaotic. Very cool cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity on Noviciado.

Good location in the center of Madrid, right next to a subway station. Good facilities for the price and very amicable staff. It's next to a food vending place open 24/7. Everything was clean and ordely.

They are super kind and have such a nice hospitality! The room was clean and tidy which made me feel like so comfortable :) Also they kept my luggage after checking out. I will definitely to come and stay here when I visit in Madrid.

Staff made our stay special as they were really friendly and helpful. The room was small, but it suited us perfectly. They provide towels, hair dryer and shower products. Everything was very clean and the location was great, in the city center and a few steps away from the metro.

Very good value for money, and a comfortable, clean room. I liked the location, and felt safe walking around here as a lone female traveller.
